Your order status can be tracked via order tracking. You can track your order through the following channels. Order stages: “Product Being Prepared” is notification that your order has been processed. “Payment Received” indicates that your payment method was selected as “Bank Transfer/EFT” and the payment has been received. “Shipped” means your order has been handed over to the shipping company. At this stage, your tracking number will be sent to the contact number you provided via SMS by the shipping company. “Delivered” confirms that your order has been delivered to you.
After you complete your order, your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address registered on our website. The invoice will be shared digitally.
After your purchase, you can contact our customer support specialists through our communication channels and provide your order number along with your note.

Our standard bracelet size is 6.2. You can send us your requests other than the standard size via our communication channels after you create your order. We prepare your product specifically for you and in the size you specify.
